Prima Vet Pitești: a clearer website for a 24/7 veterinary clinic

The clinic already had an online presence, but the website did not make enough use of the information visitors need. Individual services were difficult to explore, some copy was too brief and the route to contact was not always clear. Even the main Contact Us button on the homepage had a functional issue.

The challenge was not to change the design for its own sake. It was to make the website more useful for pet owners and easier for the clinic team to manage.

We worked in a test environment first. We prepared a backup, created a staging version and built the changes there before publishing them to the live website. This allowed the important pages and flows to be checked without interrupting the site visitors were using.

We gave every service its own place. The Services page became a starting point for nine individual pages, from general and preventive medicine to emergencies, imaging and intensive care. We built the content with editable Elementor widgets so the team can update the copy without touching code. We also added a dedicated pricing page based on information supplied by the clinic.

We simplified the step from information to contact. We repaired the main homepage link, improved the Contact page and added a floating control across the website for calls, WhatsApp and directions. On mobile, we separately checked page readability and form usability.

We made the content easier to scan and maintain. We reorganised the About page, rebuilt the gallery as an Elementor widget and reduced visual elements that distracted from important information. Navigation remained focused on the pages the clinic will actually use and update.

Prima Vet now gives visitors a clearer journey: they can identify the right service, review prices and quickly reach the most appropriate contact channel. At the same time, the key pages are editable by the clinic team, without every copy change becoming a technical intervention.

This is the result at launch, not a promise about traffic or bookings. Commercial impact is measured in the next stage by tracking page visibility, phone calls and enquiries generated by the website.
